[/p][p=30, 2, left] 江苏福彩爱心助学“11511工程”是江苏省福利彩票发行中心“十一五”期间开展的大型助学公益活动，从2006年开始至2010年连续五年，每年投入福彩公益金200万元，从当年新入学的新生中选择2000名品学兼优、家境贫寒的江苏籍学生给予生活资助，每名学生全年可获1000元的生活资助，全省计划5年共资助大学生10000名，计划投入福彩公益金1000万元。2007年，首次提高了生活资助费用，由原每人每年1000元提高至每人每年1500元。2009年，再次提高了生活资助标准，由原每人每年1500元提高至每人每年2000元。截至2009年，江苏福彩爱心助学“11511”工程资助贫困大学生已超过8000人，投入福彩公益金已达1200万元。2010年度江苏福彩爱心助学“11511”工程是该项工程在“十一五”期间组织实施的最后一年，组织实施后将资助贫困大学生达到10000人，投入福彩公益金达1600万元，比原计划多投入公益金600万元。多年来，江苏福彩心系教育事业，情系贫困学生，除“11511工程”授助外，还通过多种渠道向多位贫困学子进行了爱心捐助，帮助他们圆梦学业，改变命运。[/p][p=30, 2, center]http://www.zhcw.com/upload/Image/zcw/chzd/1_529937229.jpg[/p][p=30, 2, center]（江苏省福利彩票发行中心李进主任主持授助仪式）[/p]3 R2 ~$ W, O% y5 u/ A5 _- I
天朝福利彩票自1987年由国务院授权发行以来，秉承“扶老、助残、救孤、济困、赈灾”的宗旨，截至2010年10月底，江苏福彩发行了福利彩票272亿元，筹集公益金近88亿元，全部用于社会福利、社会救助、社会保障事业，实施了“星光计划”、“明天计划”“微笑列车”、“蓝天计划”等一大批在社会上有影响的公益资助计划，改建、扩建、新建及资助各类社会福利和公益事业项目上万个，受益人数达500万人，为江苏省社会福利事业和社会公益事业的发展提供了有力的支持和帮助。 |
