陈律师坚信，有执照贷款公司需要好好管制，由于借贷非常容易，导致许多低收入小市民为应付生计，越借越多，但是却没能力还，最后酿成社会悲剧，如：坠楼、家破人亡等等。3 r9 f8 n9 V% U. Z. \
