11月1日，评分时发现2个提款金额完全相同的提款验证贴，一贴发在10月31日，一贴发在11月1日，如图：9 l- x5 i- y( F) A; b# l+ n, z
* @6 y9 B6 A2 \6 P
' x% D, C- u: t5 ~3 S; d) |# Q仔细查对了几遍确认是同一提款，于是对会员q516023561、qiaochong分别作了站内留言：请对这2个帖子进行合理解释，2个不同的会员，不同的公司，不同位置的水印，一样的提款金额，一样的提款时间，一样的余额，如果不能提供合理解释，将进行最严厉的处罚，清空所有积分，禁言账号。

次日，会员qiaochong给出了合理的解释，并提供了更完整的京城国际的提款截图：http://tcelue.com/thread-707433-1-1.html，q516023561解释他当天没有实战提款，所以借用在其他站看到的未加水印的提款验证图。5 D7 N. P$ q$ W; h7 e" l3 t4 ?
