本想从事Dubo游戏机经营,赚些黑心钱，但非法经营者做梦也没有想到自己会成为被打劫对象，成为别人的生财之道。近日，在浙江省杭州市余杭区，一群专门抢劫Dubo游戏机的犯罪分子终被抓获。
/ C2 u6 S: G1 N; G- z 据了解，今年杭州市余杭区公安分局在打击摆设Dubo游戏机违法犯罪活动中意外获知，有一伙人驾驶面包车，手持砍刀、钢管，专门抢劫Dubo游戏机。这一情况引起了民警们的高度重视，立即组织人员开展侦查。让民警们奇怪的是，此类案件很少有群众报警。为了摸清事实真相，民警们化妆进入一些摆放过Dubo游戏机的小店，在交谈中得到了答案。原来，有许多摆放Dubo游戏机的店主都遭遇过类似的事情，但担心警方对自己摆放Dubo游戏机的行为进行处罚，只有哑巴吃黄连了。. G) p2 q4 | K4 t( ^" t9 N, L/ X
弄清这一情况后，民警们立即对曾经被抢过的店主进行了全面走访。从受害者的描述中，这个专门抢劫Dubo游戏机的犯罪团伙渐渐浮出了水面。走访中民警得知了他们所驾驶的面包车车牌。围绕这个线索，民警针对面包车车主李某开始了深入调查。
/ b5 N$ L3 d, _- K 调查中，民警得知这个李某平时靠开黄鱼车为业，并有一伙同乡与其关系十分密切。他们平时游手好闲，经常结伴出行，经常在一个老乡的出租房内聚集。为不打草惊蛇，办案民警再次化妆侦查，假借推销洗衣粉为由深入出租房进行查看。果然，在房间一角发现多台Dubo游戏机。得到这一重要情况后，4月7日，杭州余杭区良渚刑侦中队立即抽调人员组成抓捕组进行蹲点守候，在暗处等待全歼的时机。% \- m4 d0 X& U( v' E
4月9日晚，这个犯罪团伙再次在出租房内聚集时被蹲点民警迅速制服。随后，民警在房内搜出了6台Dubo游戏机，5把砍刀和7根钢管。通过审查，犯罪嫌疑人先后交待了持刀抢劫各村小店内Dubo游戏机6台，共抢得近千枚1元硬币的犯罪事实。( Q/ J# v0 r7 Y( z/ ?8 S O2 E
据犯罪嫌疑人交待，每次抢来的机子会以每台300元左右的价钱卖给那些想要赚黑心钱的不法之徒，等到这些机子在店里装满硬币后再找机会抢回来。这一花招被他们戏称为“养鱼”。目前，8名涉案人员已被依法刑事拘留，案件正在进一步深挖中。 |
