瑞波(Ripple)与美国证券交易委员会(SEC)的诉讼案于12月22日满3周年。3年前，SEC6 r2 n: x. U( O' M$ G5 t
指控Ripple及其CEO Brad Garlinghouse与共同创办人Christian Larsen进行未经注册的证券(XRP)发行，筹集超6 x8 D, B2 i( a' E0 B
过13亿美元。SEC进一步指控Garlinghouse和Larsen私下贩售高达6亿美元的未注册证券。0 @+ @5 Q1 ^ r+ v
23日，Ripple首席法律长Stuart Alderoty揭露，在该诉讼案之前，SEC曾提出和解方案，要求Ripple公开承认

这几次的胜利皆激励XRP的价格上涨。目前，随着SEC撤告Ripple高层，可能让原订于明年4月23日进行最终审判
