7 }& f b- c; y5 A中，三度维持联邦基准利率在5.25%~5.50%区间不变，一如市场此前预期。9 J+ ^5 \' ~0 K& D
且令投资者兴奋的事，主席鲍威尔(Powell)透露降息也已进入Fed视野。- m/ M" {8 s; ^ Y* R4 E
官员预计：2024将降息3次: A- b: K9 v z
虽然Fed在FOMC声明中仍强调实现2%的通货膨胀率是其最终目标，但最新的经济数据表明，经济增长较第三季
& R$ o# j5 O+ {度有所放缓，就业依然保持强劲、失业率也维持在较低水平。因此，联准会官员在决定维持利率不变的同时，也+ n' d. _1 G+ K
已经开始讨论降息的时机。
9 g T- `" }6 K- s D主席鲍威尔表示：这将是我们展望未来的一个主题，Fed官员预计明年将三次降息25个基点，这将推动市场大幅

且根据利率点阵图，联准会官员还预计将在2025年再降息四次，他们相信，将不再需要通过提高利率的方式来缓
