% j3 q* ]) X2 s" U% `6 n4 a* @' Q南美洲足球联合会是负责管理南美洲各项足球事务的体育机构。成立于1916年7月9日。目前南美洲足球联合会也是六大洲足协中平均素质最佳的，所有会员国中除了委内瑞拉外，其余国家均曾经打进世界杯足球赛决赛阶段的比赛。6 H8 t9 R; W- B3 i$ D! `: y! B
此外，CONMEBOL还与欧洲足球联合会（UEFA）共同举办南美洲-欧洲冠军杯（CONMEBOL-UEFA Cup of Champions），简称欧美杯，这是一项由美洲杯冠军对阵欧洲足球锦标赛冠军的足球赛事‌
