比推消息，据西班牙媒体 Expansion报道，西班牙 ACS 集团接近与 BlackRock 旗下的全球基础设施合作伙伴（GIP）达成一项价值 268 亿美元的合作协议，用于开发数据中心。
协议内容包括 GIP 将以 50% 的股权形式加入 ACS 的 Digital & Energy 部门，其中包括 50 亿欧元的逐步注入资本和 180 亿欧元的债务。在 AI 计算需求激增及电力容量有限的背景下，数字基础设施估值创下新高。ACS 此前计划到 2030 年将其数据中心业务估值提升至 30 亿至 50 亿欧元，此次合作或将使其估值达到区间高端。
GIP 管理着超过 1800 亿美元的全球资产，上月曾与微软和 Nvidia 参与了对美国数据中心公司 Aligned 价值 400 亿美元的收购案。Morgan Stanley 估计，今年主要科技公司在 AI 基础设施上的支出将达 4000 亿美元。
