谢亚龙等人从被带走立案侦查至今已有14天，根据相关法律规定，如果14天后问题严重且证据确凿，那么谢亚龙将由立案侦查变为正式逮捕。从目前情况来看，谢亚龙已经被警方批捕，只是没有正式对外公布。9 z2 L4 u& H4 ^" L: M, E
在谢亚龙等人被立案侦查后，最近几天媒体关于谢亚龙案情严重的报道铺天盖地，比如甩卖国脚资格、操纵联赛和国字号比赛，收受巨额贿赂等。据辽宁媒体介绍，公安机关已于近日对谢亚龙等人进行了提审，并且发现了比较严重的问题，并且将在近日被正式批捕。7 {. z. G7 p" M/ O

而从9月3日谢亚龙等人被警方带走，到9月12日公安部证实他们被立案侦查，截止至9月17日，谢亚龙被拘留的时间达到14天。根据相关法律规定，公安机关应该对谢亚龙等人做出批捕或者不批捕的决定。从目前情况看，公安机关经过调查和提审后，已经基本掌握了谢亚龙等人的犯罪证据，立案侦查已经演变为正式批捕。这也意味着谢亚龙等人将会离开如今被关押的小楼，将和南勇、杨一民关押到同一个地方。; w3 k2 Y) ?! @/ f- a8 Z
根据以往的惯例，警方并不会在批捕之后第一时间就对外发布公告，此前南勇、杨一民等人被带走、被立案侦查以及被批捕也印证了这一点，公安机关都不是第一时间对外公布了他们的情况。南勇和杨一民都是从1月15号就开始“失踪”，但直到3月1日公安部才正式通告他们被正式逮捕的消息。因此此次谢亚龙被批捕后，公安部也并不会在第一时间对外通告。此外，对于谢亚龙由于心脏病突发被保外就医的传言也并不属实。 |
