比推消息，Tom Lee 在接受 CNBC 采访时，为主持人解答为何加密市场在 10 月 11 日出现暴跌表示：
加密市场存在大量自动化流程。其中 ADL（自动去杠杆机制）就是典型代表——当用户账户资产或抵押品价格下跌时，该系统会像传统市场的追加保证金通知那样启动强制平仓。
USDE 在其它交易平台维持 1 美元定价时，某交易平台内部报价却暴跌至 0.65 美元。由于该交易平台流动性不足，ADL 机制被触发，导致大量账户被自动清算，这种连锁反应最终蔓延至整个市场。正因如此，成千上万的加密账户在几分钟内被血洗——即便它们前一刻还处于盈利状态。
至于具体是谁？虽然我掌握具体机构名称，但恕我不便点名。本质上这是代码漏洞导致的系统性风险：交易平台本应采集跨平台价格数据来设定稳定币估值，却错误地依赖了内部报价体系。
这场事故导致做市商和交易机构资本金大幅缩水。更严重的是，当交易量萎缩引发币价阴跌时，这些机构需要准备更多资本维持运营，迫使他们进一步收缩资产负债表——这就像恶性循环，不断侵蚀市场根基。
2009 年危机本质是房地产与次级贷款抵押品失控，华尔街虽建立 CDO 等机制应对，但随之而来的监管过度化又造成负面影响。如今加密领域的 ADL 代码漏洞与价格机制缺陷也终将被修正。值得庆幸的是，我们不会重蹈过度监管的覆辙，但必须直面清算机制带来的冲击。2022 年那场持续八周的大清算犹在眼前，这就是 DeFi 的本质：代码必然存在漏洞，杠杆才是真正的风险源。投资者本就不该在加密市场滥用杠杆。
