# n& Z) ~4 ~" f# W( A) q2 B$ W) R[float=left][font=simsun, arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif][p=24, 2, left]本报讯（记者孙思娅）年薪8万美元的海归女硕士冯某，被控在世界杯期间担任境外赌球网站的代理，所涉及的赌资数额累计达到450余万。昨天上午，冯某因涉嫌开设DC罪在市一中院受审。[/p][p=24, 2, left]今年39岁的冯某，大学毕业后先后在香港、澳大利亚等地工作生活近8年，并获得硕士学位。2003年，冯某回国工作并结婚生子，案发前为运通亚洲网络咨询服务有限公司市场部经理。[/p][p=24, 2, left]检方指控，冯某于2007年以来，先后多次为境外赌球网站担任代理并接受投注，赌资数额累计为450余万元。[/p][p=24, 2, left]冯某称，在境外生活期间，经常上足彩网站投注，“上网赌球、看球，但是我没有意识到这是违法的”。冯某说，回国后，一个同样喜欢足球的好友找到她，提出要在境外网站赌球。于是，冯某与在香港相识的崔某联系，获得了两个账号，一个用于给好友赌球，另一个则是管理账号，不但可以参与赌球，还可以查看赌球情况。当时是2008年欧洲杯，她和好友用各自的账号赌球，起初有输有赢，账户钱款有多有少。但到2008年下半年时，冯某发现她的账户资金异动，不论输赢总有钱打回来。经过询问崔某，冯某得知，这些打回来的钱是网站给她的返点（即按照投注的2%回报网站代理）。考虑到好友向其中投入了很多钱，冯某担心好友知道后会与她绝交，因此便向好友隐瞒了返点一事。[/p][p=24, 2, left]冯某称，她年薪8万美金，并不缺钱花，纯粹是出于爱好而赌球，也没有再发展其他会员。根据冯某丈夫的证言，冯某当时从事手机刷卡消费推广工作，有稳定的收入，平时主要在家照顾小孩，只有欧洲杯、世界杯期间经常看到冯某夜里一个人在电脑前。此外，冯某还向法庭提出，自己有两个孩子，一个3岁多，一个才两个月，自己尚在哺乳期，因此希望法庭能对她适用缓刑。[/p][p=24, 2, left]据了解，2010年8月，冯某被举报，当时冯某还发展了一名下线，帮助自己在网上转账。检方认为，冯某的行为属于以Dubo网站代理的身份发展下线获利，建议对冯某在有期徒刑3到5年之内量刑。 [/p][/font][/float] |
