近日，山东省莱芜市公安局钢城分局黄庄派出所接到一起诈骗案报警，受害人被骗去1万6千元，而骗子们使用的道具仅仅只是一张[color=#004276][b]彩票[/b][/color]。 A6 i. e {" O3 ]* U9 M
受害人刘大爷60多岁，案发当天像往常一样去赶集，在集上遇到一个年轻人主动跟他攀谈。年轻人说，他在黄庄镇镇ZF附近开了个厂子，想找个看门的，一个月给1000多元钱。刘大爷心动了，当即表示自己愿意做这份工作，于是一起去看看厂子的基本情况，途中碰到个老头，向他们打听一个姓谷的，说他的孩子买了张彩票中奖了，让他找姓谷的兑奖。年轻人看了下老头的彩票，表示愿意出十万元购买，老头同意了。年轻人让刘大爷和老头等一下，就回去取钱了。1 N4 i6 b& I) K1 z8 W1 n
随后，过来个高个子中年人。老头让他帮忙看看彩票中奖金额，高个子看了一下，说中了38万元。这时，年轻人回来了，但老头不愿意卖了，转身离开。此时，高个子鼓动刘大爷撮合老头与年轻人之间的彩票交易。于是，两人追上老头，说用15万元买下这张彩票。老头“犹豫”一下同意了。高个子说，“大爷，你有多少钱，拿出来咱俩凑5万元钱。”
+ Z, o# K1 f& a# }8 v此时，刘大爷已经相信了彩票中奖的谎言，就说自己家还有一万六千元钱。高个子说，“大爷，你拿一万六，等兑了奖给你三万。”刘大爷到银行取出一万六千元存款交给高个子后，高个子把彩票给了刘大爷，并让他找到刚才的年轻人把十万元钱换过来，然后一起去兑奖。刘大爷拿着彩票去找那个年轻人，但是转了一圈都没找到，回来时，老头和高个子也不见了。回家后，刘大爷的儿子觉得不对劲，彩票上只有几个数字，哪里说中奖了？此时，刘大爷才如梦初醒，急忙赶到派出所报案。/ r% V/ {) Q$ p
