总结，走地皇对一些活动的态度是很不认真和不负责的，明明名单已经出来，说什么获奖名单是随机写上的，意思是说这公告是假的？

就算是达不到活动条件，也要给予说明，如果的确是这样，那也无话好说。2 Z, K, E( J. a6 S% g6 v7 N8 Z: ]
