七八个人结为一伙，在海口坡巷村内开赌，一间30平米的商铺内，两女一男口中不停地喊着“下注啦，买定离手”，另几名男子则不时在屋内放哨。每天晚上7时后，DC便开始准时“营业”，吸引数十人来Dubo，影响极坏。根据居民提供的线索，记者分两个晚上深入DC暗访，所见所闻惊人。

0 t$ \6 X2 j7 w, P “最近一段时间，我们这里开设了一个Dubo窝点，每天都有人聚众Dubo。每天晚上准时开门，赌到次日凌晨，吵得我们不得安宁。”9月21日，住在附近的居民纪女士这样告诉记者，参赌的多是在村里租房居住的人，大多数为青年男子，有时还吸引了不少学生“光顾”。1 ~# g4 ?) W" o1 D
由于DC就开在村里的闹市口处，来来往往吃饭的，到超市购物的，人流不少，影响极坏，居民希望有关部门查处这个Dubo窝点，但又担心：一旦举报后没人真正管此事，反而让自己惹上不必要的麻烦。因此，希望媒体给予曝光。

3 T5 E; p1 X# f7 q) M& Q 9月21日晚9时许，根据居民提供的线索，记者在坡巷村村委会斜对面的一间商铺内，找到了这间DC。
7 ^# l. a$ ^- C6 N& }; d 此时，屋内早已聚集了数十人，两名年轻女子口中不听地喊着“下注啦，买定离手”的话语。这个DC由一张四五米长、两米宽的赌桌、一台吹球机和电脑机组成，赌桌上写着24个数字，还印有春夏秋冬和各种图案。投注者在各种数字或图案上压上参赌的钱后，吹球机开始吹球，吹球机一停，一个带数字的球出来，由这个数字就可定桌上押赌者的输赢。同时，每开一次号码，就会有一女子墙上的黑板上写下数字，共有50局的开奖号码供投注者参考。* m) o; P2 t9 h' Q+ H+ U9 U7 W
这个DC是否如市民所言晚晚开赌呢?9月22日晚9时许，记者再次来到该DC，此时已有不少赌徒手上拿着钱。记者转了一圈，看到赌桌正方坐着两年轻女子和一男子，3个人主要负责看投注者是否买中号码和收钱或发钱。
( O1 F3 ]9 Q2 n/ a3 V “下注”，一声刚过，围在赌桌边的投注者早已等得不耐烦，1元、10元、20元、50元、100元的投下去。随着夜色越来越深，前来参赌的人越来越多，10时许，赌桌旁已围成里三层外三层。更令人难以想象的是，不仅有70多岁的老者参赌，也有妇女光顾DC。
+ t( y& K$ ]5 C" u5 F* m# Y 当晚9时35分，记者看到一位身背婴儿的中年妇女走进DC，当其将零钱输光后又从兜里掏百元大钞，兑换好零钱后继续押注。记者注意到，从该妇女走进DC开始，婴儿一直哭啼不停，约30分钟后，当该妇女输光了100元才离去。# Q8 e7 J; I, U1 v- B

记者随后在离DC10多米远的一处角落等待，不到2分钟时间，刚刚还赌得热火朝天的DC一下子安静了下来，一男子走出DC，立即将卷帘门放下，屋内走出多名投注者，一副若无其事的样子。大概15分钟后，记者见到一辆警车驶来，经过此Dubo场所门口后继续向前行驶，并未停车。紧接着，记者走进DC，门缝中透着光亮，能够隐约听见仍屋内仍有人Dubo。( |
