今年4月中旬，某品牌面包车吉林经销店的业务员孙鹏听朋友说，有亲属买该品牌的全新面包车只花了7500元，还有手续。朋友表示，如果孙鹏有渠道，他也想买一辆。“绝对不可能，我们店从来没卖过这个价。”孙鹏当场否认，但朋友言之凿凿，还带着孙鹏到亲属那里验证。8 P& R H1 f! p4 _/ ^( r- \

孙鹏发现，那辆还没上牌的自家品牌面包车确实是新车，但是从车的手续及车体号看，这辆车应该是黑龙江代理商销售的，“各地经销商销售的汽车都有编号，一查就能知道这辆车是哪个地方销售的。”正常这辆车裸车应该卖到2.9万元，黑龙江代理商却只卖7500元，而且还越界销售，扰乱了吉林正常的销售市场，孙鹏当即回公司汇报，公司领导马上向总部报告了此事。

29岁的王龙，一直做销售业务，2008年年初应聘进入某品牌面包车哈尔滨经销店做业务员。因为大专文化的王龙在招聘人员中学历最高，而且也比较有经验，所以被经理作为重点培养对象。不久，王龙被委以重任，当上了库管员。“公司所有待销售的面包车，包括车辆销售前的一切手续、钥匙等都在他手里，权力很大。”

8 y; P. T/ \7 {: s0 ? “每次买彩票至少花几百元，最多时花过2000元。”王龙很快花光了积蓄，又盯上了自己手中的权力。卷宗显示：今年1月，王龙趁公司没人，将一辆新面包车开走，然后他找到一个二手车贩，以5500元的价格将车卖掉，几天后，他以同样方式卖了第二辆车……截至5月中旬案发，他平均每三天就盗卖一辆车，每辆价值2.6-2.9万元的新车，被他以5500元至1万元不等的价格贱卖。3 H2 z7 `: z" `1 T9 j+ t! |& d
