华龙网讯 （记者文峰）重型卡车不翼而飞，当地警方成功揪出两个盗车团伙，其中一个团伙成员竟然全是Dubo输红眼的卡车司机。昨日上午，南川区公安局在该区新建体育场工地举行涉案财物发还仪式，15辆被盗汽车物归原主。' |( \% W4 J: L4 d! C, {
南川警方通报，今年1月9日，南川区新建体育场工地，两辆红岩金刚牌重型卡车被盗，总价值70多万元。一个多月后，南川区南洋城小区附近，又有一辆价值23万余元的重型卡车被盗。两起案件作案手法相似，引起南川区公安局高度重视。* `) D1 q; e. z$ ]9 i
被盗卡车体积庞大，究竟藏身何处？南川警方调取城区和高速路口的视频监控录像发现，第一起案件中的被盗卡车驶离南川开往了武隆方向，第二起案件中的被盗卡车则驶往了主城方向。专案民警兵分两路追踪，确定了失窃车辆的大致方位：贵州遵义和沙坪坝。
5 {. z/ r! ~8 U& X* Z7 j9 Y* E( Y 专案民警辗转沙坪坝、武隆、彭水，贵州遵义、同仁以及四川绵阳等地调查取证，几经周折，终于锁定了两伙人具有重大作案嫌疑。3月5日，在贵州遵义警方的配合下，贵州籍盗车团伙董某某、宋某某、花某某等10余人，相继在贵州省凤岗县、余庆县等地被抓获；3月23日，以况某、潘某、胡某某等人组成的另一个盗车团伙在沙坪坝落网。4 Q# g5 F0 k, z
经突审，两个盗车团伙总共交代了18起机动车盗窃案。其中，贵州籍盗车团伙在渝黔两地流窜作案14起，盗窃重型卡车14辆，涉案价值高达200万元；沙坪坝籍盗车团伙在重庆市境内作案4起，涉案价值40多万元。
8 g6 c# l+ Z+ y, y4 A1 a+ V 据办案民警介绍，贵州籍盗车团伙成员本身都有正当职业，全是卡车司机，这些人经常Dubo，输红了眼，所以纠集在一起偷车。之所以选择重型卡车下手，一来重型卡车大多停放在路边，且没有安装高科技防盗系统，对他们来说，很容易得手；二来重型卡车多数时间在工地上跑，得手后将它们销赃转移，不易被警方发现。
