' i2 h: y: \. e3 k% Q( }$ C 记者了解到，准备对父母下毒手的林某，是林家的老幺儿。40多岁才得子的老俩口，全部的希望是想儿子出人头地，延续香火。从林某来到人世，他便被父母视如掌上明珠。虽然这样，可林某并不争气，初中还没读完便辍学回家，17岁便南下打工。打工几年不但没有挣一分钱回家，父母倒还为林某贴补了钱。之后，老两口又为儿子张罗结婚的事，希望他早点继承林家香火。经过老俩口不懈努力，在林某27岁时，邻村的女孩张某经过媒妁之约嫁到了林家。这让脾气暴躁、古怪的林某高兴不已。 + N" _* J5 i4 Z
2009年，林某在西藏一建筑工地打工时受伤，事后得到工程承办方的工伤补助、误工补贴等各种费用8万多元。有了钱的林某开始“享受”生活，整天不到工地做活，而是聚众Dubo。妻子张某多次劝阻，但林某根本听不进去，心情差的时候还拿张某出气。从2009年4月到2010年8月，夫妻俩存下的包括受伤赔偿、打工挣下的共13万多元全被林某输光，倒还欠赌债18万。面对这种状况，妻子张某悲痛欲绝地离开了林家。
" n; S. L$ v2 }' C, y9 b 今年11月初，整日催债的人把林某弄得焦头难额。当月中旬，林某迫不得已回到家中，欠下的巨额赌债让林某异常烦躁。刚回家，林某便把自己打牌、老婆离开的原因怪罪于父母，理由是因父母打牌才引起自己打牌，自己打牌老婆才离开，因此父母打牌是妻子离开的原因。找到如此充分的“理由”后，林某每次吵闹都要痛骂父母一番，并扬言要毒死作为罪魁祸首的父母。
" k* s8 r8 b* c' v7 D 11月14日，林某悄悄买回3包老鼠药。21日晚，林某又与父母吵起来，两位老人的心被伤透了。第二天早上，林某的母亲做好饭，好心去叫林某起床吃饭，林某为此又吵闹起来。伤心的父母被林某震耳欲聋的吵闹声吓得躲到屋后的竹林中。林某起床后发现桌上放着盛菜的盘子和父母还没有吃完的两碗饭，拿出老鼠药便碗中倾倒。返身回家的父母正好看见了儿子往饭菜中倒毒药的一幕，万念俱灰之下报了警。 |
