银娱昨宣布斥资160亿元扩建澳门项目，濠江赌业再起风云。银娱主席吕志和指澳门当地的6间DC是「争妍斗丽」，虽然用词雅致，但六大濠赌股竞争之激烈，早已人尽皆知。除银娱频频扩建项目外，金沙天朝早前亦在路新开了娱乐设施抢客，二者的市佔率均不断攀升，声势直逼佔据龙头地位的澳BO。不少分析预料，多个投资额以逾百亿元计的项目，将会在未来4-5年陆续投入市场，届时势必将赌企间的竞争进一步推向高潮。* u) r1 m% S+ m& r

银娱去年业绩再创新高纪录，全年盈利30.04亿元飙升2.34倍，在同业中明显跑出，多间大行均认为去年年中开业的「澳门银河」第一期应记首功，目前银娱的市佔率已超过20%，仅次于澳BO。由于在新DC或度假村开幕后，一般需时两年以上才会到达盈利高峰，因此「随着澳门银河」第二期的开工，未来该股无论是盈利还是股价仍然有很大的增长空间。
' o% K: u4 v0 a金沙天朝亦不甘示弱，开设在路的金沙城中心已于4月中开幕。瑞信认为，金沙城中心估计是2015年之前澳门唯一的新开DC，有助公司迅速提升市佔率，同时整体收入及盈利亦会有爆炸性增长。花旗更乐观预期，今年年底时其市佔率将由目前的17%飙升至21%，亦即有望赶超银娱晋身「二哥」宝座。

4 P9 C7 c7 i( s1 f相较之下，澳BO去年不仅业绩增幅逊于预期，且市佔率亦降2.3个百分点至29%，龙头地位开始削弱。里昂证券预料，澳BO今年的业务将会受到金沙城中心的强烈冲击，令佔有率进一步下跌至26%，几乎跌回2006年第四季26.5%的水平。
" s( c9 v: d! L事实上，各间赌企近年来均加强开拓市场，除力谷贵宾厅业务外，亦不断扩建企图抢佔新兴的路博彩区。目前尚未在该区内立足的永利澳门（1128）、美高梅天朝（2282）及澳BO，均正加快向澳门ZF取地发展新的博彩娱乐设施。可以预料，濠赌股未来的竞争将更加激烈。根据花旗的最新报告，现时澳BO、银娱和金沙天朝的市佔率位列三甲，之后则是新濠博亚（14%）、永利澳门（12.1%）和美高梅天朝（9.7%）。 |
