拉斯维加斯世界扑克大赛主赛如火如荼进行中，扑克机器人也来凑热闹。加拿大阿尔伯塔大学的著名扑克智能程序与七名来自StoxPoker.com的扑克教练对打，结果......人输了，机器赢了！* |7 n" Y. ]5 I& v9 l( d! `
阿尔伯塔大学在开发扑克只能程序方面有很强的背景和历史，此项目也是该大学计算机智能应用研究开发的一部分。每年都举行人机大战。8 i4 F6 c8 x) ~: f5 M- z
此次人机大战就在世界扑克大赛举办地里奥酒店娱乐城举行，最终结果北极星二代(Polaris II)机器人赢了三场，输了两场，评了一场。此次比赛采取的是一对一的决斗形式。
* ?3 v+ d2 {! n" m$ T1 o去年北极星第一代机器人以很微弱的劣势输给了顶尖扑克玩家菲尔.拉克和托尼.埃斯范蒂里。为了今年的比赛，阿尔伯塔大学的研究人员对智能程序的推理能力做了调整，并且改变了它的自学习能力，能自动根据对手来适应。
