12日，福建省连江县警方对外透露，10晚9时许，该县警方抓获发生在2011年9月5日的入室抢劫杀人案犯罪嫌疑人占某，并追回被抢现金4500元、抢项链1条、金手链1条、金戒指2枚。 o* r) L+ e6 Z+ O0 J

据了解，9月7日凌晨零时38分，该县警方指挥中心接到报警称，城关金凤闽都8号楼301一女性被害死亡。, w$ O* K8 A* G8 y3 w! `! J

接警后，该县城关派出所立即赶赴现场，发现死者王某(女，39岁，晓沃镇人)己死亡多时。该县警方迅速封锁案发现场，抽调人员成立“9.5”命案专案组。2 G0 d& Z& M F& p

专案组对现场进行反复勘查初步判定，熟人作案的可能性大，并将死者的弟媳占某列为重大作案嫌疑。

& E0 W2 o# ~5 ^4 U/ P, U$ T 10日晚9时许，专案组赶到占某家中，占某自知罪行败露，趁人不备用事先藏在身上的刀片割腕想畏罪自杀；现场JC迅速处置，将其送往附近医院抢救，脱离危险。& C( {) b/ `' }8 V- N* @- S
- y. x' k$ n4 W 经过连夜突审，犯罪嫌疑人占某交代，其跟大姑姐关系较好，经常到其家中玩，并有大门钥匙；因最近Dubo欠钱，手头拮据，知道大姑姐经济富裕，身上时常带有大量现金，就萌生抢劫念头。9月1日，占某购买了假发、口罩、一次性手套、鞋子等作案工具为实施抢劫作好准备。

占某供认，她戴上假发，躲过小区监控探头，潜入大姑姐家中。当晚23时30分许，趁死者王某打牌回到家中，立即冲上前去，压低声音威胁王某向其要钱；因王某惊慌大叫，占某用事先准备好的砖头砸中王某头部，搏斗中王某抓下占某的口罩，并认出占某。见事情败露，占某顿生杀机，掐住王某的脖子直至断气。随后，占某拿走王某身上的金器及现金4500余元、手机、手提包等物逃离现场。/ C0 P; n3 O, \. g7 E& U0 G5 |1 \
