陕西投注站私设Dubo机 莫让私彩变公彩"寄居蟹"

寄居蟹多产于黄海及南方海域的海岸边，通常能在海边的岩石缝里找到它，有时还在竹子节、穗椰子壳、珊瑚、海绵等等其他地方看到它。随着它的长大，他会换不同的壳用来寄居。 i& r, e8 b( |8 Q

最近陕西省公安、文化和工商管理三部门联手清查违法Dubo场所，重点清查省内各地市的动漫城和电玩城，捣毁具有Dubo性质的Dubo机，对带有退币、退奖券和积分功能的电子游戏机予以没收清缴。
' c9 W: j' a' S9 L 三部门联手清查涉赌经营场所同时，陕西省福彩中心也在系统内部对投注站有无违规经营现象进行调查，经多方走访排查后发现，榆林、延安、咸阳等地依然有个别投注站私设Dubo机，并且各地市不同程度存在投注站与非法缩水公司合作销售私彩，严重干扰了彩票市场正常销售。
+ O# C }# a! I; o; H. P “春节休市彩票投注站普遍关门，但个别站点深夜却灯火通明，黑彩站靠Dubo机来吸引彩民。”榆林的马站主表示，附近有家投注站暗箱操作，导致他的站点销量急剧下跌，周销量降幅超40%。! u8 p8 Q, X8 X* G8 `7 y9 L' k A
然而陕西部分站点的问题并非个案，在南方的某省同样存在这样的问题。
( @9 b* k4 s# _- i 该省一些彩票销售厅完全违反了公益彩票管理规定中必须机打投注票，限制赔率的要求，接受私下投注，由服务员自行开票，大幅度地提高赔率，这样投注点就把国家正规发行的彩票游戏变为通过游戏进行Dubo的“平台”!/ }4 a2 j+ E- E. N' ~! b
根据报道，只要你在销售厅一坐定，服务员就会拿着投注单和游戏规则跑过来，如果看到投注者只是2元一注地投注，她们就会过来跟投注者暗示，还有倍数大一点的玩不玩?接着，这些服务员就会教你怎样投注，随后拿出自制的三联单小票进行说明：只开手写的票面，倍数是每个单码20倍，但最低要投注10元，最高可以投注一千元到几千元不等。5 s9 v1 E* ]" r/ g
为了吸引客人，这些投注点将11-20号大码球的倍数提高到40倍，如果投注大码球10元中奖，就可以得到400元的回报。正是因为其极强的“互动性和刺激性”，吸引了越来越多疯狂的赌徒。
