今（15）日上午10时，在泸州市江阳区酒城大道旁的一块空地上，伴随着挖掘机轰鸣的压榨声，300余台Dubo机被一一销毁，各种Dubo机在半小时的时间里“就地伏法”。此次销毁行动震慑了Dubo犯罪行为，教育了广大人民群众自觉远离“黄赌毒”，创造了良好的社会环境。江阳区副区长徐宏出席销毁仪式并作重要讲话，他说，开展“全区电子游艺场所集中整治暨Dubo机销毁行动”表明江阳区整治电子游艺Dubo机的决心，展示了我区半年来打击电子游艺Dubo的成果，是我区长期严厉打击电子游艺Dubo行动的开端。

Z: _就下一步如何开展专项行动，徐宏要求，一要高度重视电子游艺涉赌整治的重要性，打响禁赌持久战。今后很长一段时间，要持续开展专项整治，加强巡查，明察暗访，深入了解，摸清黑游戏室布点聚众Dubo活动规律，一经发现，立即查处，发现一家，铲除一家，发现一台，收缴一台，坚决依法严惩违法经营者。二要多家联手不断创新电子游艺涉赌整治举措，打响禁赌攻坚战。文化、工商、公安等部门要继续紧密配合，重拳整治。要建立健全长效整治机制，做好微格细化研究，力求运行少成本，治理效率高。要开展电子游艺行业高标准整改行动。对不达标的，靠Dubo为生的，坚决取缔，强行淘汰；三要多渠道扩大电子游艺涉赌整治宣传面，打响全民禁赌战。正面引导经营业主守法经营、面向社会广泛宣传、公开举报电话。: X% _9 X _0 b, i9 K
据悉，此次销毁行动是由市区文化局、区委宣传部、区公安分局、区工商局联合举办的。今年１至６月，江阳区文体局、区公安分局、区工商局等联合开展了“建党90周年文化市场专项保障行动”，特别加大了对Dubo机具的查处和收缴力度。截至目前，江阳区已重点打击涉赌、无证经营游艺娱乐场所21家，收缴Dubo机300余台，罚款6万余元，有效地遏制了Dubo机在泸州市的蔓延。' B$ M& ~0 D9 Z3 E
在现场围观的市民张先生告诉记者，Dubo是万恶之源，Dubo机的泛滥严重损害了青少年的身心健康，使不少本来和睦的家庭濒于破裂，在社会上影响很坏。整治销毁Dubo机，表现了ZF用铁腕严打Dubo的决心，也给老百姓上了一堂生动的法制教育课。 |
