美国阿拉巴马州州长竞选时，曾有人拿彩票“说事儿”，而如今在美国国家审计长竞选到来时，彩票广告费用不明朗成为了对手攻击民主党候选人苏珊的有力证据。

2 T D, `+ z1 u; X) y 10月27日，当地一家广播电台在新闻中称，国家审计长共和党候选人玛丽·康诺顿被指涉嫌“金融丑闻”。根据环球报10月23日的报道，国家彩票首席财务官员表示，按照惯例，他们在对国家财务审计时发现，1997年彩票广告费用使用不清晰。其中，彩票促销费使用存档文件中，缺少广告代理商费用结算方式、杂项开支等。他表示，账目不清使得这些彩票广告的开支没有受到国家官员和公众的监督。而以上问题均出现在康诺顿任职负责彩票财务期间。0 P6 a$ A" w% M( f/ x
另外，审计过程中，审计人员还发现，康诺顿的丑闻不止如此。在其任职期间，彩票广告支出金额远远超出规定金额，使巨大的财务漏洞无法弥补。审计结果被公布之后，引起哗然一片，有人称这是最大的彩票丑闻。

戴维斯为赢得选票，不仅先是声称让高中毕业生和拥有同等学历者有得到彩票计划基金帮助的同等机会，ZF给予技术教育。而且，发誓当选后尽快为彩票立法或设立彩票类宪法修正案。在其发表该态度不久，对手帕克斯迅速表示，如果自己当选州长，不仅会通过彩票委员会规范彩票市场，并且还将会用更多彩票基础资金支持医疗、教育、农业等各个方面。 |
