彩票诈骗又出高科技 号码提前预知原来是程序骗局

中福彩大奖是很多人的梦想，于是有不少骗子打起了这个主意，而且手段不断翻新。一张光盘，一条短信，号称能够提前预知下期福利彩票开奖号码，而实际上只是利用电脑程序的一个骗局而已。
3 @" ]- w& @# V9 u 几天前，红桥区的洪女士收到了一张“福彩神算公司”寄来的光盘，几天后的5月18日福彩3D开奖结束后又收到了一条含有密码的短信，声称用短信可以打开光盘，验证预测是否准确。抱着好奇的心理，洪女士用短信提供的密码打开了光盘——嘿，那里面显示的的数字，还真是当期福彩3D的开奖号码。他马上联系了这家公司。
! T' C: ]" _& _% B8 u! B: q 在电话里，一个自称陈经理的人表示，想知道下期的开奖号码吗，想知道的话就要成为会员，缴纳2800元的入会费。听到要交钱，洪女士就警惕起来，说：“交钱可以，但是我们必须见个面。”电话里的陈经理马上表示：“那就算了，像你这样的人我们不合作。”随即电话挂断，并再也联系不上。! W# b; {6 F* S+ x N
洪女士意识到这应该是个骗局，但她怎么也想不明白的是，几天前收到的光盘，为什么能显示几天后的中奖号码呢？为此，记者咨询了资深的电脑程序设计员，对方表示这很简单，只要在光盘中预设一个用密码控制的程序，该程序可以输出任意数字组合，当开奖结束后，发送与之相对应的密码，自然就能显示出开奖号码了。& V j j% {) L5 d
对此，天津市福彩中心工作人员再度提示彩民，福利彩票中奖号码完全随机产生，不可预测。彩民如遇到类似的号码预测骗局，千万不要相信，以免上当受骗。 |
