' c" Z; j# m0 d* K “坚决取缔校园周边200米以内开办的网吧、电子游艺场所、彩票投注点。”这是近日新疆维吾尔自治区文管办（“扫黄打非”办）、文明办、综治办在全区开展学校周边文化市场集中整治行动中对学校周边文化市场环境进行治理时提出的要求，要求中对中小学校周边彩票销售点和彩票专营场所以及其他问题作出了规定。
$ q* S* R9 a' ^0 z 记者从新疆福利彩票发行中心获悉，新疆自治区福利彩票投注点绝大部分都开设在距离中小学校200以外的地方。0 p' t6 b& m& f
“彩票投注站距离中小学应在200米以上”。新疆福彩中心一位工作人员透漏，自治区福彩目前绝大多数彩票站都严格按照要求规定开设。
* _* v7 Q8 h+ R, k 新疆自治区文化市场管理(扫黄打非)领导小组办公室专职副主任杨少全说，对于检查中发现的违规彩票投注站，他们将让负责人再寻门面。检查人员还将不定期进行巡查，对于屡教不改者，将根据相关法规进行处罚。6 G$ M2 M4 v4 |$ E: ^
多种文件约束彩站开设

另据调查，2009年发布的文件《关于进一步净化社会文化环境促进未成年人健康成长的若干意见》中也有相关条款。禁止在中小学校周围200米以内开办网吧和和设立投注点，禁止在中小学校周围600米以内设立彩票专营场所。
