据台湾东森新闻网报道，一栋位于德国慕尼黑近郊的房子，除了有三个房间、两套卫浴设备外，还有一个舒适的大客厅，这样舒适的房子竟然只要19欧元。由于经济不景气房市下跌，屋主史丁尼想出好点子，以发行彩票的方式来卖房子。 + N4 u9 D- \) p2 s
屋主史丁尼表示，“我无法用一般的方式来卖房子，市场在下跌，所以我必须用非常低的价格来卖掉它。”史丁尼在网络上销售一张19欧元的彩票，预计要发行4万8000张，如果全部销售一空，进帐可观，将远远超过这栋房子应有的价值。 ' e# s: r" @, j; a0 a& w4 r2 O4 x. m( ]
事实上，这种自办彩票卖屋的方式史丁尼并不是第一个人，奥地利一名妇女也曾用类似方式来卖房子，结果一名男子花了99欧元，抽中她的房子，也让这名妇女当场大赚。
